October and November were the months of lots of pumpkin! Pumpkins celebrating the arrival of the Fall season, pumpkins carved into Jack O'Lanterns for Halloween, and pumpkins for Thanksgiving. Some of you may have had your pumpkins sit around and last without signs of decomposing. If so, heres what you can do with them. We will show you a great and fairly easy to make facial beauty secret that will change your face's life! Pumpkin enzymes contain powerful fruit enzymes loaded with vitamin C, which is great for softening, cellular turnover, and smoothing out skin tone. It is an alpha hydroxy which will gently exfoliate dead skin cells from the surface of the skin allowing regeneration of fresh skin cells. Recipe: How to Make a Pumpkin Mask:
- 2 tablespoons fresh pumpkin puree
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Puree the pumpkin in a food processor until smooth and then add the rest of the ingredients.
Take a clean craft paint brush and evenly apply the puree mixture onto your face avoiding eyes, hairline and mouth. Leave on for 15-40 minutes depending on your skin's sensitivity. Rinse off with warm warm and pat skin dry with a clean cloth. You'll see the softened, fresher, clearer skin results instantly!
