Last night I was thinking about the passion & expertise I obtained through my everyday life style and needed to write them down so that everyone can have a chance at overcoming the obstacles I face during my own life. Skin is the most sensitive part of our body as it is exposed to a rougher environment each day due to the earth's changes in the ozone layer and the depletion of many natural resources. You have to take care of your skin with more conviction now in order to look beautiful in front of the others. There are several ways that exist for taking care of the skin and you should choose the naturally organic way to do this. Natural and organic products will help the most for achieving a healthy and radiant skin for a longer time.

 

Skin is one of the most obvious indicators for displaying what is going inside the body. If the detoxification process goes well, the skin will become more supple and healthier. This will help you to decrease the build-up of toxic materials inside the body causing regular bowel movements. Fruits and vegetables of all kinds will help tremendously. Try your best to eat as much as you can while maintaining the limits. You should have a constant and limited supply of fatty oils by eating fish, nuts, seeds and Greek yogurts. Avoid synthetic beverages, such as sodas and artificially flavored drinks. Always replace those with 100% natural organic fluids. Try to avoid any kind of foods with refined sugars, flours and salts. Saturated fats are really harmful for skin and you should avoid those in any cost. Fried foods, ice cream, chips etc contains a lot of saturated fat. Tea (except organic tea), coffee and alcohol will also counteract the body's goal in achieving total body wellness. So start reading the ingredients labelled on the foods you buy. Remember you are what you eat!
